InJet® 388 TWIN CRD Sausage dog

InJet® 388 TWIN CRD is primarily developed for removing solder pastes and SMT adhesives from stencils, PumpPrint, squeegee and misprint. The washing system can also be used for post-soldering plate washing or for a combination of plate washing and the above-mentioned washing processes. All processes are fully automated and take place in 2 process chambers, where the washing takes place in the first inlet chamber, after which the washed part is automatically transported by the medium transfer space to the 2 process chamber for rinsing and drying. This chamber is also an outlet chamber. Both chambers can be used in parallel, which increases machine capacity and reduces cross-contamination compared to single-chamber equipment.

InJet® 3179 CRD BigBoard

InJet® 3179 CRD is designed to remove solder pastes and SMT adhesives from non-standard oversized stencils up to 1170 x 2160 x 2015 mm and 46.1 x 85 x 79.3 in, respectively. The size of the process chamber also provides the possibility of inserting and simultaneously cleaning 2 standard 29 ”x 29” stencil. The InJet® 3179 CRD including 100% closed-loop withprocesses of cleaning, rinsing and drying technologies. All of the processes are fully automated, and take place in one process chamber.

The AirJet® 594 CRD is equipped with a motorized manipulator for easy lowering the baskets, then pulling out the baskets and moving them between the process chambers. Thanks to this device, the operator is not forced to lift heavy parts, making the machine exceptionally ergonomic, safe and user-friendly. Cleaning takes place in the first inlet chamber, where the operator drops the parts basket using a manipulator. After cleaning, the operator moves the basket to the rinsing chamber by the manipulator and then to the last drying chamber. All 3 chambers can be used simultaneously, which increases the cleaning capacity of the machine and reduces cross-contamination compared to single-chamber systems.

1 PR Filtration

1 PR Filtration

This system makes it possible to rinse PCBs or stencil with de-mineralised water with a conductivity of about 0.5 uS and a pressure of 0.2 bar. This gives the customer a precise final rinse during the process itself. The filtration system is firmly attached to the cleaning system structure. This PR FILTRATION (Phase Rinsing Filtration) is a unique filtration system of rinse water developed in DCT Czech s.r.o.

2 PR Filtration

This 2PR FILTRATION (Two-Phase Rinsing Filtration) is a unique filtration system of rinse water developed in DCT Czech s.r.o. This system operates continuously in 2 phases of rinsing. In the 1st phase, rinsing water flows through a mechanical filter with a pressure of 1 bar and a conductivity of 400uS. This phase perfectly removes detergent residues from printed circuit boards or stencils. The 2nd rinsing phase enables the circuit board or the template to be rinsed with demineralized water at a pressure of 0.2 bar and a conductivity of around 0.5uS. This gives the customer a precise rinse during the process. The combination of these phases ensures perfect cleaning of the clean parts. The filter system is firmly connected to the cleaning machine structure.

External filtration

External filtration

Large-capacity external filtration, made completely of stainless steel, is another of a number of unique solutions for filtering of rinse water from the production of DCT Czech s.r.o. The system uses the sandwich filtration continuously connected in three filter tanks. These are interconnected by stainless steel distribution pipes and placed on a separate structure with rollers, which ensures trouble-free handling and the possibility of connecting to any type of machine from the production of DCT Czech. Easy maintenance and service are commonplace without any disassembly.
