Cleaning of storage tanks

- Switch off the cleaning machine at the beginning.
- Start by draining liquids from each storage tank.
- Connect the pump hose to the outlet valve.
- Open the outlet valve and drain the liquid from the storage tank.
- When the liquid is drained, close the outlet valve.
- Don't forget to close the exhaust valve!
- Disconnect the pump hose.
- Repeat the same process with the second storage tank.
- Always make sure that the outlet valve is closed!
- After draining the liquids, open the rear lid.
- Loosen the clamps.
- Remove the locking frame.
- Open the rear lid of the storage tank.
- Check the lid seal and (if necessary) replace it.
- Take a dry cloth, use hand protection and wipe off the tank.
- Wring out the remaining liquid into the prepared container.
- Make sure you've cleaned the tanks perfectly!
- After cleaning, close the rear lid of the storage tanks.
- Put the back cover on.
- Attach the clamps.
- Open the front cover of the cable cabinet by turning the lockers.
- Disconnect the main grounding point at the rear of the control cabinet.
- Move the cover aside.
- Open the front cover by pulling the handle.
- Take a dry cloth, use hand protection, and wipe the dier tanks.
- Take out the sieve.
- Clean the sieve (if necessary).
- Check the cleanliness and the function of the liquid level sensors.
- It is very important to check the function of the liquid level sensors!
- Put the sieve back in its position.
- Repeat the same process with the second storage tank.
- It is important to clean the storage tanks at least once a month or after 400 cycles.
- Never forget to check the function of the liquid level sensors!
- After cleaning, just close the front lid of the storage tanks.
- Take the front cover and connect the main grounding point to the back.
- Put the front cover back on ...
- ... and lock it.
