Cleaning of storage tanks

  1. Switch off the cleaning machine at the beginning.
  2. Start by draining liquids from each storage tank.
  3. Connect the pump hose to the outlet valve.
  4. Open the outlet valve and drain the liquid from the storage tank.
  5. When the liquid is drained, close the outlet valve.
  6. Don't forget to close the exhaust valve!
  7. Disconnect the pump hose.
  8. Repeat the same process with the second storage tank.
  9. Always make sure that the outlet valve is closed!
  10. After draining the liquids, open the rear lid.
  11. Loosen the clamps.
  12. Remove the locking frame.
  13. Open the rear lid of the storage tank.
  14. Check the lid seal and (if necessary) replace it.
  15. Take a dry cloth, use hand protection and wipe off the tank.
  16. Wring out the remaining liquid into the prepared container.
  17. Make sure you've cleaned the tanks perfectly!
  18. After cleaning, close the rear lid of the storage tanks.
  19. Put the back cover on.
  20. Attach the clamps.
  21. Open the front cover of the cable cabinet by turning the lockers.
  22. Disconnect the main grounding point at the rear of the control cabinet.
  23. Move the cover aside.
  24. Open the front cover by pulling the handle.
  25. Take a dry cloth, use hand protection, and wipe the dier tanks.
  26. Take out the sieve.
  27. Clean the sieve (if necessary).
  28. Check the cleanliness and the function of the liquid level sensors.
  29. It is very important to check the function of the liquid level sensors!
  30. Put the sieve back in its position.
  31. Repeat the same process with the second storage tank.
  32. It is important to clean the storage tanks at least once a month or after 400 cycles.
  33. Never forget to check the function of the liquid level sensors!
  34. After cleaning, just close the front lid of the storage tanks.
  35. Take the front cover and connect the main grounding point to the back.
  36. Put the front cover back on ...
  37. ... and lock it.
