InJet
The InJet® series has many variants and possibilities of use. It is most often used for cleaning applications in printing, but the ever-increasing requirements for the cleanliness of PCB boards from flux are used in PCB cleaning procedures. From single-chamber (batch cleaner) with vertical or horizontal spraying to multi-chamber (2,3, ...) with both types of spraying. This allows you to customize the configuration exactly to your needs. Whether you prefer time, clean cleanliness or both. The Spray-In-Air system minimizes the shadowing effect commonly seen in horizontal cleaners and maximizes the efficiency of the cleaning process as the cleaning fluid is sprayed directly onto the cleaned component. Our priority is minimizing the cross-contamination and lowering the process fluids consumption which both means lower process costs. This is achieved thanks to our signature features such us fully glass inclined process chamber doors with a gutter as well as inclined process chamber walls, efficient filtration system or chimney flap diverter which minimizes evaporation during the process.
AirJet
Air-Bubble technology achieves the highest efficiency of the cleaning process in specific applications. Such as cleaning: Soldering frames / wave pallets, reflow oven parts. AirJet® line has four different setups including smaller layout systems, fully automatic versions or systems for cleaning of extra-large production parts. All three chambers can be used simultaneously to maximize capacity.
Sonix
Air-Bubble with ultrasonic technology achieves the highest efficiency of the cleaning process in specific applications. Such as cleaning: Coating frames, Parts of coating machines and Coated PCBs. Sonix® is a fully automatic system with two different setups including a multi-chamber option. It´s designed to clean all types of conformal coating from coating frames, masks, pallets, parts of the coating line, or PCB.
