Conformal coating cleaning

Conformal coating cleaning
The removal of conformal coatings from the surfaces of coating frames, various PCBs or from coated PCBs themselves is a very complex cleaning process. Coating manufacturers care about the quality of their products, but they usually do not deal with the subsequent cleaning of different surfaces.

Thorough cleaning of coated parts means that these products can return to service without compromising their functionality and reliability. The reuse of coated parts (frames) in operations results in total cost savings of purchasing these items. The second complex process is the complete or partial removal of coatings from coated PCB surfaces, their repair and subsequent return to service.
Overall, conformal coating cleaning is very complicated and our liquids achieve very good results in this area.

Sonix® 355 CRRD

Sonix® 355 CRRD

Sonix® 355 CRRD is designed to remove the cured conformal coating from coating frames, parts of coating machines and coated PCBs for repair and subsequent coating. All processes are automated and run in 4 separate process chambers, which are also storage tanks. Can also be used for “dual” application - one chamber for coating frame and pallets, second for reflow oven and wave soldering machine parts. All 4 chambers can be used at the same time, which increases the cleaning capacity of the machine, reduces cross-contamination compared to single-chamber systems and optimizes rinsing with two rinsing chambers.

Sonix® 954 CRD Piano

Sonix® 954 CRD Piano

Sonix® 954 CRD “Piano” is designed to remove the cured conformal coating from coating frames, parts of coating machines and coated PCBs for repair and subsequent coating. In certain cases, Sonix® 954 CRD “Piano” may also be recommended for PCB cleaning or for degreasing metal parts. All processes are fully automated and take place in one process chamber, under which are placed 2 tank tubs, one with cleaning liquid and the other with rinsing liquid. The operator puts the parts to be cleaned in the process chamber into the basket, and the cleaning system automatically performs the cleaning, rinsing and drying process.

AirJet® 954 CRD Piano

AirJet® 954 CRD Piano

The AirJet® 954 CRD “Piano” is designed for the maintenance cleaning of reflow ovens and wave soldering machines parts or for removing cured conformal coating from coating frames, coating machine parts or coating PCBs for repair and subsequent coating. All processes are fully automated and take place in one process chamber, under which are placed 2 tank tubs, one with cleaning liquid and the other with rinsing liquid. The operator places the parts to be cleaned in the process chamber in the basket and the washing system automatically performs the cleaning, rinsing and drying process.

InJet® 888 CRD 2F

InJet® 888 CRD 2F

The InJet® 888 CRD-2F is developed primarily for the removal of smelting residues from soldering frames, and the maintenance cleaning of soldering equipment components. The cleaning system can be used for PCB cleaning, or for cleaning a combination of boards, misprints and stencils. It can also be used for cleaning of conformal coating frames. The cleaning system can be used for post-soldering board cleaning, or for cleaning a combination of boards, misprints and stencils. The 2F designation refers to a 2-storey solution where smaller parts can be cleaned in two baskets simultaneously to maximize cleaning capacity. After easy removal of the rotation arm, large parts can be cleaned in one (lower) basket.
