How do you clean a dusty PCB?

Dust can be easily cleaned by blowing. Alternatively only DI water or IPA, or mixtures thereof. We most often use Decotron® 239, where there are also other ingredients for better efficiency. The main advantages are that it degreases, has better surface tension and dries better than DI water. Our customers use this liquid mainly in clean rooms.
