A common part of cleaning processes in companies is the manual cleaning of certain machine parts or PCBs. Ensuring proper PCB functionality is one of the basic requirements in the electrical engineering industry. PCBs are often repaired manually after which the repaired spot needs to be cleaned again.

For this purpose, our company has prepared a manual cleaning spray named Flux Remover 4 which ensures trouble-free removal of flux residues, solder paste residues and other contaminants.
Other products for manual cleaning of reflow ovens and wave soldering machines are Reflow Cleaner 88 and Reflow Cleaner 94.
These cleaning sprays ensure high-quality maintenance of those machine parts that cannot be dismantled and cleaned directly in cleaning systems.

Flux Remover 4

PCB cleaning spray designed for manual cleaning of PCBs after the soldering process. Special PCB cleaning brush made of a mixture of polyethers (PEEK) - with optimal hardness, developed especially for PCB cleaning.  Thanks to the unique material of the fibres, they are not sorted and their working life is extended. Each spray contains a bristle PCB cleaning brush. PCB cleaning brushes are directly intended for use in chemically aggressive solvents. The fibres are abrasion resistant and show very good results with frequent use. High evaporation - the remaining fluids will quickly evaporate and the board stays completely dry.
