Nozzles cleaning

How can you clean the spray arm of the InJet® 888 cleaning machine? Watch our step-by-step video tutorial.

1. Loosen the rotation screw.
2. Take the arm rotation out of the process chamber.
3. Check the cleanliness of the respective nozzles.
4. Unscrew the nozzles.
5. Clean the nozzles with compressed air.
6. Assemble the clean nozzles back on the rotation arm.
7. Tight the nozzles carefully, as the thread is conical!
8. Take care to all the grooves on the nozzles are not parallel with the rotation arm.
9. Check the correct setting of the nozzles groove angle.
10. Check the correct order of the rotation screw and place the screw.
11. Place the arm rotation into the cleaning machine.
12. Tighten the retaining screw.
13. Turn slightly upper rotation arms into different angles.
14. Repeat the same process on the remaining rotation arms.
