Spray arm from the cleaning machine

How can you clean the spray arm of the InJet® 388 cleaning machine? Watch our step-by-step video tutorial.

1. Loosen the rotation screw.
2. Take the spray arm out of the rotation chamber.
3. Check the cleanliness of the respective nozzles.
4. Unscrew the nozzles.
5. Clean the nozzles with compressed air.
6. Reattach the clean nozzles to the rotary spray arm.
7. Tighten the nozzles carefully as the thread is conical!
8. Please note that all grooves on the nozzles are not parallel to the rotation arm.
9. Check the correct setting of the nozzle angle of the grooves.
10. Rotate each spray arm to a different angle.
11. Check that the arms are rotated into the correct position.
12. Check the correct order of the rotation screw.
13. Put the screw.
14. Place the spray arm in the cleaning machine.
15. Tighten the retaining screw.
